Signing in
Getting into SiteAlert takes a few seconds. There's no password to remember, you sign in either with your Google account or with a one-time link we email you.
Sign in with Google
This is the quickest way in.
Open the login page
Go to your SiteAlert login page and click Continue with Google.
Pick your account
Choose the Google account you want to use. If you're already signed in to Google, this is one click.
You're in
We bring you straight to your dashboard. The first time, we'll walk you through a short setup.
Sign in with an email link
Prefer not to use Google? We can email you a magic link instead. No password needed.
Enter your email
On the login page, type your email address and click Email me a link.
Check your inbox
We send you an email with a sign-in button. Open it on any device and click the button.
You're in
The link logs you in automatically. It only works once and expires after a short while, so use the most recent email if you requested more than one.
The email link can take a minute to arrive. If you don't see it, check your spam folder and make sure you typed your address correctly.
SiteAlert is invite-only
For now, you need an invitation to use SiteAlert. That means one of two things:
- A teammate invited you. You'll have received an email with an invite link. Open it and sign in to join their company. See Team & roles for how that works.
- You're starting fresh. If you signed up for early access, we'll let you know the moment your account is ready.
If you try to sign in without an invite, we'll show a friendly message explaining you're not on the list yet.
Trouble signing in?
A few things that usually fix it:
- "Link expired or already used" — request a fresh email link, then click the newest one.
- "Too many attempts" — wait a minute and try again. We limit attempts to keep your account safe.
- Signed in as the wrong person — sign out from the menu in the bottom-left, then sign back in with the right account.
